Battery Manufacturing Industry

Verkor with its partners is organizing a winter school from the 25th to the 27th of March 2025, in the heart of the French Alps, Grenoble. This winter school aims at deepening your knowledge in innovative battery materials, recycling processes and digitalization of the manufacturing process. This first edition of Verkor and EDLB winter school will include academic lectures, seminars and also site visits, all delivered in english by best-in-class European research experts in the battery field. PhD students from all over Europe will have the opportunity to defend their research topics. Special prices will be delivered to the best ones.

During the Winter School, from March 24 to 27, 2025, an exclusive training session is offered to develop a first level of skills and knowledge about batteries. Supervised by experts in the field, this training offers immersion in cutting-edge industrial sites, enabling participants to acquire a solid grounding and explore the latest technologies and practices. Accessible to all without pre-requisites, this program is limited to 20 participants. It’s a unique opportunity to familiarize yourself with the fundamental issues and techniques of the sector, at the heart of specialized industrial sites.
